The SRH post-processing software is able to automatically extract assets from collected data. By analyzing certain characteristics of the scanned objects, such as height, width, and reflectivity, the software outputs a visual database of the assets. While some assets can be identified automatically, others will be tagged for user identification. When used with Mandli’s Photolog technology, the SRH software can find an unknown asset and reference the corresponding photo where it can be seen and manually identified. The database can include the number of assets in a particular area, their dimensions, and even include a visual photo reference of selected assets. This automatic method saves the time and money that would be needed to manually search for assets in post-processing. Bridges, signs, street lights, guardrails and even paint stripes can now be automatically catalogued in an easy-to-use database.
The video below shows different assets being identified and measured by the SRH post-processing software.
