Mandli Communications offers professional visualization services for a variety of applications and industries. From interactive models to motion graphics to cinema-quality digital video, Mandli's custom visual solutions can be easily added to presentations, websites, and professional film and video productions.
Urban Modeling Mandli can create accurate models of urban areas that can be used to plan improvements, inventory assets, and evaluate civil concerns. By utilizing our LiDAR data collection system, we can provide a realistic representation of your urban environment that is three-dimensional and fully interactive. Buildings, objects, and roadway assets that are viewable from the street can be clearly seen in our models. These objects can then be extracted and tagged to maintain an easy-to-use and accessible database of urban assets.
Transportation Network Modeling Bridges, tunnels, highways, urban and rural roads–Mandli can take data collected with our mobile LIDAR and right-of-way imaging systems and reproduce accurate three-dimensional models of transportation networks. Clearances beneath bridges and overhead signs can be measured, and roadway assets can be inventoried, with the results used to populate a database for the network. Models can be utilized to recreate the physical point-of-view of pedestrians, motorists, and train operators.

The three-dimensional, interactive models can be an essential tool for making safety improvements, sorting out legal issues, and using as a visual verification of existing data reports.
Anaheim Stadium In April of 2010 a multi-national visual effects company contacted Mandli in need of an organization that could create a three-dimensional digital model of Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California. The model needed to be completed in a short amount of time and with highly accurate dimensions. Mandli utilized our vehicle-based collection system to collect LIDAR and imaging data of the the stadium on location.

Once the data was collected we imported it into Autodesk Maya, a popular three-dimensional modeling program used in the visual effects industry. Using Maya, a polygon mesh model was created of the stadium based off of the LIDAR and imaging data.

It took us less than two weeks to collect, process, and deliver the final product. Without the speed and efficiency of our mobile collection system we would not have been able to complete this project within the timeframe and budget required.
